Your One-to-one Journey Begins here
Beginning therapy can feel uncertain, and sometimes even overwhelming. You might not know where to begin, or how to put into words what you’ve been experiencing. Many people arrive without clear answers, only a sense that something inside needs care or attention. That’s enough. We begin there, taking things slowly and allowing understanding to grow at a pace that feels right for you.
"Varun put so much love and devotion in everything he does. With him, it's so easy for one to be and to express oneself, as he is always in a relaxed and natural way without inhibitions because he always seeks to know about you and to connect with you from the soul"
- Roxana (Spain)
What Often Brings People Here
People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some arrive feeling overwhelmed, low, or disconnected, while others are carrying experiences from the past that continue to shape how life feels in the present. Often, it isn’t one clear difficulty, but a combination of experiences that have been held for some time.
This might include:
- ongoing anxiety, low mood, or a sense of emotional overload
- feelings of depression, numbness, or emotional flatness
- the impact of past experiences, including trauma or experiences of abuse or violation
- questions around identity, self-worth, or feeling conflicted within oneself
- a sense of emptiness, loss of meaning, or spiritual disconnection
- the influence of early relationships and childhood experiences that continue to echo into adult life
- periods of transition, loss, or uncertainty that feel difficult to navigate
These are only some of the experiences people bring. We begin wherever feels possible, with whatever feels most important to you.
Approach
My work is integrative and holistic. I don’t see people as a collection of separate parts or difficulties, but as whole beings whose experiences, emotions, histories, and inner worlds are deeply connected. Rather than working from a single model or focusing on one area in isolation, I draw from different therapeutic ways of understanding and respond to what feels most alive and relevant for each person.
At the heart of the work is the therapeutic relationship itself. I place great importance on creating a space that feels non-judgemental, respectful, and steady. I believe that meaningful understanding and change are not forced or rushed, but grow gradually through safety, trust, and a sense of working together.
