As a therapist, I work with individuals navigating a wide range of life experiences and transitions. People arrive in many different ways — with clear concerns, unanswered questions, or for a space to pause, look inward, and release what they have been carrying inside.
My work is shaped by both lived experience and professional training, including a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Alongside this, years of working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and life contexts have deepened my awareness of how personal history, culture, and environment shape emotional experience. I work in a trauma-informed way, with care for safety, pacing, and the impact of past experiences.
Earlier in my journey, I spent significant time exploring meditation, yoga, and holistic approaches to wellbeing. Over time, this path naturally deepened into psychotherapy, shaping how my sessions unfold today. These experiences are woven into how I work and meet people in the therapeutic space.
Therapy can take many forms, and people arrive from many different experiences. Each person brings their own rhythm, questions, and way of making sense of things, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I work to create a space where exploration can unfold naturally.
