My work is integrative and holistic. I don’t see people as a collection of separate parts or difficulties, but as whole beings whose experiences, emotions, histories, and inner worlds are deeply connected. Rather than working from a single model or focusing on one area in isolation, I draw from different therapeutic ways of understanding and respond to what feels most alive and relevant for each person.
At the heart of the work is the therapeutic relationship itself. I place great importance on creating a space that feels non-judgemental, respectful, and steady. I believe that meaningful understanding and change are not forced or rushed, but grow gradually through safety, trust, and a sense of working together.
